Cancellations and returns

At amall, we strive to make you completely satisfied with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the unused or consumed product within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund. Please ensure that the product remains in the same condition as when you originally received it.

 

 

To facilitate a smooth return process, please follow the guidelines below:

 

1. Original Packaging: Please ensure that the returned items are in their original packaging, including all boxes, plastic containers, bags and equivalent protective materials.

 

2. Undamaged condition: We cannot accept damaged original packaging, as these items are no longer considered new.

 

3. Labels and other details: The original packaging must include all labels, information booklets, instructions for use, stickers, etc. too. For clothing items, please ensure that the tags remain on the packaging.

 

4. Secure packaging: Please package returned goods firmly to avoid damage during transit. If we receive a damaged product, we cannot determine the cause of the damage and will not accept it as a return.

 

5. Required information: Do not forget to include the original invoice or other relevant contact information with the return.

 

6. Return confirmation process: Before returning the goods, please make sure that all return conditions are met. Take photos or videos and send them to our customer service for confirmation. Once approved, please ship the products immediately and provide our team with a valid tracking number. Your request will be processed within 3 business days and the refund will be issued within 10-14 days. The refund is expected to arrive within 5 business days of the refund being processed. Please note that we cannot refund the shipping cost if the package is already on its way or has already been handed over to the courier.

Exchange

 

In order to speed up the exchange process, we recommend that you return the product you wish to exchange and then place a separate order for the desired new product.

 

Shipping fee

 

If you want to return or exchange a product without quality complaints, you pay the return shipping fee. If the order uses free shipping terms, the shipping fee incurred will be deducted from the return.

 

Product problems

 

If you receive a faulty product or the product has a quality problem, we will process exchange or return requests within 3 working days. Since it is our fault, we will bear the cost of returning the goods. However, please follow the return instructions when returning.

 

Out of stock items

 

In the event that the product you ordered cannot be delivered on time due to a lack of stock, we will contact you by e-mail. You can choose to wait for the stock to arrive or request a refund.
